This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the user) and Cubexapps Private Limited, governing your use of our mobile applications and related services.
Cubexapps Private Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use our mobile apps strictly in accordance with this Agreement.

All rights, title, and interest in the app remain with Cubexapps Private Limited. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the app.
We may provide updates or improvements to the app, which are subject to the same terms and conditions of this Agreement. We are not obligated to provide support or maintenance services unless specified otherwise.
Use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use user data.
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must uninstall and destroy all copies of the app.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. Cubexapps Private Limited disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall Cubexapps Private Limited be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the app.
This Agreement shall be governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be handled under local jurisdiction as applicable.
